Early Childhood Educator (Casual)

We are seeking casual Educators to join our team as soon as possible.

About Us

MDECE offers centre-based early childhood education programs for babies and toddlers with developmental delay and/or disability and all children from birth to their Transition to School including children who have been assessed with profound, severe, moderate or mild developmental delay and/or disability.

We provide a strong person-centred, family-focused approach in which educators work with parents/carers, guardians, advocates and professionals to collaboratively determine and implement each child’s realistic, achievable short-term goals and, in turn, the child’s medium-term and long-term outcomes.

Education and care services including MDECE are assessed against the National Quality Standard (NQS) that measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia.  MDECE did not just meet these standards, but was ranked as Exceeding National Quality Standards in every single Quality Area as well as in all 18 Standards within the 7 Quality Areas.
