ANZAC Day Assemblies
On Friday, 29 March, Mater Dei School acknowledged ANZAC Day with two assemblies for both Secondary and Primary/Infants students. The School leaders laid a wreath and a Digger’s hat to express their respect for our fallen soldiers and past Australians who scarified their lives for our freedom. The students were very respectful and engaged when Mr Raue spoke to the them about the significance of ANZAC Day. It was also wonderful to have families attending out assemblies. Lest We Forget.
