Become An SWP Partner

This highly successful program would not be possible without our Structured Work Placement Program Partners.  These generous host employers provide a caring and mentoring environment for our students to learn in which in turn boosts their confidence, skill level and maturity.

HOW IT WORKS:
Our Year 11 or 12 students are matched with a suitable Structured Work Placement Program Partner.  The student will attend their new place of work accompanied by a Mater Dei staff member for approximately three hours per week.  A Mater Dei staff member will liaise with the SWP Program Partner in relation to all matters concerning the student and their progress. When the student has settled into the working environment, the staff member will reduce the on-site support they give.

If you would like more information on becoming an SWP Program Partner, please contact us on 4655.7481 or by email
