2015 Race Day an outstanding success!
Mater Dei’s popular Charity Race day was held at Kembla Grange Racecourse on Saturday, 1 August. The Race Day was a huge success with 280 guests attending and all coming together to have lots of fun and raise funds for Mater Dei.
Through the generosity of our guests, supporters and sponsors we were delighted to raise in excess of $31,000 for Mater Dei. The funds raised will go towards a new and much needed sensory gym, the establishment of ‘classroom partners’ in the School and funding crucial therapy hours in our Early Intervention program.
We were also lucky enough to have ex-students Holly, Nathan, Jessica and Joel attend this year, they brought their special presence to the day, everyone loves meeting them and having a chat.
A big thank you to everyone for their support.
